Terms & Conditions

These terms govern use of the Easy4Go platform — the Easy4Go mobile applications and the web console at www.easy4go.com (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, that organization is bound by these terms and by any separate subscription agreement it holds with us; if the two conflict, the subscription agreement wins.

1. Accounts

• Accounts are created and administered by an Organization’s administrators. You must keep your credentials confidential and are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.
• We may suspend accounts that compromise the security or integrity of the Service.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to falsify field records — including by using mock-location software, rooted/jailbroken devices, or any other means of misrepresenting your location or activity. The Service detects and records such attempts, and they may be reported to your Organization.
• Do not probe, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to access data belonging to another user or Organization.
• Do not use the Service for anything unlawful or outside its intended field-force purpose.

3. Your Organization’s data

Records created in the Service (visits, call reports, plans, expenses and similar) are business records of the subscribing Organization. The Organization controls that data; we process it on the Organization’s behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Service availability

We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. GPS positioning depends on device hardware and environmental conditions and may occasionally be unavailable or imprecise.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easy4Go is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts paid by the relevant Organization for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by Easy4Go. Organizations receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for their internal business during their subscription.

7. Termination

Organizations may stop using the Service at any time; users’ access ends when their Organization removes them or its subscription ends. Sections 3–6 survive termination.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the courts of Lahore.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this page with the date above. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
