Privacy Policy

Easy4Go (“we”, “us”) provides a pharma sales-force automation platform: a mobile app used by field representatives and a web console used by their employers (“Organizations”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to the Easy4Go mobile apps (Android and iOS) and to www.easy4go.com.

Easy4Go is a business tool. Your account is created and administered by your employer, and the data you record in the app is processed on your employer’s behalf to run its field operations.

What we collect

• Account and profile data — name, work email, phone number, employee code, role, reporting line and territory, provided by you or your employer.
• Precise location (GPS) — captured only at the moment you tap “Check in”, “Check out” or “Mark attendance”. We also capture GPS accuracy at that moment. Easy4Go does not track your location continuously and does not collect location in the background.
• Device-integrity signals — whether a mock-location app is active and whether the device appears rooted/jailbroken, checked at check-in time to protect the integrity of visit records.
• Work records you create — visit check-ins, daily call reports, tour plans, attendance, expense claims and related notes.
• Audit records — creates, updates and deletes of business records are logged with the acting account, timestamp and changed fields, to keep a tamper-evident history.

We do not collect contacts, photos, messages, advertising identifiers, or any data unrelated to field-force work. We do not show ads and we never sell personal data.

How we use it

• To verify that a doctor visit genuinely happened at the clinic (our core anti-spoof feature): the distance between your check-in location and the registered clinic is computed on our servers.
• To operate coverage, call-reporting, attendance, expense-approval and payroll workflows for your Organization.
• To secure the service — role-based access control, tenant isolation and audit trails.

Who can see your data

• Your employer — managers and head-office administrators of your Organization see the work records relevant to their role. Other Organizations can never see your data.
• Our infrastructure provider — data is hosted with Supabase (managed Postgres) acting as a data processor; data is encrypted in transit (TLS).
• No one else — we do not share personal data with advertisers or data brokers, and we disclose it to authorities only where the law requires.

Retention

Work records are retained for as long as your Organization maintains its account, since they form part of its business records. If your employment ends, your employer can deactivate your account; you may also request deletion as described below.

Account & data deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time — see easy4go.com/delete-account, or email ayanmuradahmed@gmail.com from your work email. Because accounts are administered by your employer, we coordinate deletion with them; requests are honoured within 30 days, subject to records your employer must legally retain.

Security

All traffic is encrypted with TLS. Access is enforced in the database with row-level security and signed role-bearing tokens; visit-validation verdicts and audit entries are written only by our servers, never by the client app.

Children

Easy4Go is a workplace tool for adults and is not directed at children under 18.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above. Material changes will be communicated to Organization administrators.
